Inhalation using
the mask
Alternatively, two inhalation
masks (for children and adults)
and a connecting piece are
supplied with the device. They
can be used for inhaling aerosol
through the nose. This method
of use is especially recommen-
ded for treating children or
(older) people with poor ability
to co-operate.
1. Sit as upright as possible.
2. Place the connecting piece

3. Tie the mask with the strings around your head or hold the
mask pressed lightly over your nose. Make sure that the strings
run above your ears and that the mask seals around the nose
without being too tight.
4. Switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF key

You can improve the effectiveness of the therapy if you hold
your breath for a short time after breathing in. However, this is
