3.1 | Reading and keeping the instructions for use
These instructions for use apply exclusively to the aforementioned Rothewald Motocross Paddock
Stand (for short: paddock stand). They contain important information on safety and handling. Read
these instructions carefully, in particular the safety instructions, before using the paddock stand. Failure
to follow the instructions can result in damage to the paddock stand itself or to your vehicle, make it
less safe on the road, and cause subsequent damage. Keep these instructions for future reference. If
you pass the paddock stand on to a third party, you must also hand over these instructions.
The instructions for use are based on the standards and regulations applicable in the European Union
and reflect current state-of-the-art technology. If abroad, you should also observe any country-specific
guidelines and laws.

4.1 | Intended use
The Rothewald Paddock Stand is designed exclusively for jacking up/lifting light-weight motorcycles
with a total weight of up to 150 kg (vehicle weight including attachment parts), and must not be used
for any other purpose.
Used correctly, this Rothewald Paddock Stand makes light work of any number of repair and
maintenance jobs on your motorcycle.
Since this is a universal product and not intended just for one particular vehicle, it is important to
make sure that it is suitable for your type of motorcycle before you use the product for the first time.
In order to prevent damage to the motorcycle and possible personal injuries, the paddock stand
must always be used in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. It must only be
used as described in these instructions. Any other use is considered improper use and can result in
material damage. The manufacturer and supplier accept no liability for damage caused by improper
or incorrect use.
