VOLE TRAP
Instruction manual
Art.-No. 700734
1. Application
1. First make sure that the animal you want to catch is a vole and not a mole. Vole
mounds are usually smaller and shallower than molehills and rooting remains are
often found there. The tunnel end is usually found on the side of the hill.
2. Find the underground tunnel. Most of these run straight between two hills. Find the
tunnel by using a thin stick (included)
after a few centimetres, it suddenly goes slightly into the ground and then harder again,
the tunnel is likely to be there.
3. Place a hole with a bulb planter (included) into which the Gardigo vole trap fits as
closely as possible
of the tunnel
4. Tighten the trap by holding it with one hand and pulling the handle up with the other
until it snaps into place
5. Cover the gap between trap and soil with leaves or grass. Alternatively, you can put a
bucket over the trap
6. A catch is recognized by the position of the handle. Check the trap regularly.
Tip: Wear gloves when touching the trap. The human smell can keep voles out.
Note: the response of each animal to our product may vary. The development of our
