Container:
3. Open the container
4. Centre the container with the four container
centring devices (Figure F/no. 13). Loosen the
screws on the container centring devices
(Figure F/no. 13) in order to adjust them.
5. Open the bleed valve (Figure F/no. 14).
6. Remove the height locking mechanism (Figure E/
no. 8) and move the upper frame (Figure B/no. 7)
with the pump (Figure A/no. 1) carefully by hand
to the level of media in the container.
7. Close the bleed valve (Figure F/no. 14).
8. The conveying system is operational and can be
started by connecting the compressed air supply
(figure A/no. 2). Use the bleed screw (Figure A/
no. 3) to bleed the pump as necessary.
Cartridge:
3. Centring the cartridge with the cartridge centring
mechanism (Figure C/no 11). The cartrid-
ge centring mechanism can be adjusted by
loosening the screw on the cartridge centring
mechanism.
4. Install the bleed pin (Figure E/no. 5) on the ope-
ned cartridge.
5. Remove the height locking mechanism (Figure E/
no. 8) and move the upper frame (Figure B/no. 7)
with the pump (Figure A/no. 1) carefully by hand
to the level of media in the cartridge.
6. Remove the bleed pin.
7. The conveying system is operational and can be
started by connecting the compressed air supply
(figure A/no. 2). Use the bleed screw (Figure A/
no. 3) to bleed the pump as necessary.

Operation

Container changeover
1. Interrupt the compressed air supply
(Figure A/no. 2).
Container:
2. Open the bleed valve (Figure F/no. 14).
3. Use the height locking mechanism to secure the
upper frame including container in the highest
position (Figure E/no. 8).
4. Then the container can be pulled off carefully by
hand by tilting the container a bit.
5. Open a new container
6. Centre the container with the four container
centring devices (Figure F/no. 13). Loosen the
screws on the container centring devices (Figure
F/no. 13) in order to adjust them.

7. Open the bleed valve (Figure F/no. 14).
8. Remove the height locking mechanism (Figure E/
no. 8) and move the upper frame (Figure B/
no. 7) carefully by hand to the level of media in
the container.
9. Close the bleed valve (Figure F/no. 14).
10. The conveying system is operational and can be
started by connecting the compressed air supply
(figure A/no. 2). Use the bleed screw (Figure A/
no. 3) to bleed the pump as necessary.
Cartridge:
2. Loosen the cartridge centring mechanism (Figure
C/no. 11) and slide it to the outer stop.
3. Use the height locking mechanism to secure the
upper frame including cartridge in the highest
position (Figure E/no. 8).
4. The cartridge can now be removed carefully by
hand by tilting it slightly.
5. Centring the new cartridge with the cartridge
centring mechanism (Figure C/no 11). The
cartridge centring mechanism can be adjusted
by loosening the screw on the cartridge centring
mechanism.
6. Install the bleed pin (Figure E/no. 5) on the ope-
ned cartridge.
7. Remove the height locking mechanism (Figure E/
no. 8) and move the upper frame (Figure B/
no. 7) carefully by hand to the level of media in
the cartridge.
8. Remove the bleed pin.
9. The conveying system is operational and can be
started by connecting the compressed air supply
(figure A/no. 2). Use the bleed screw (Figure A/
no. 3) to bleed the pump as necessary.

Packing, Transport and Storage

The product will be prepared for transport to its first
destination by ABNOX. The packing unit may not be
subjected to any excess load. The packaging and
its content must be protected from moisture. The
transport temperature must be kept between – 20°C
and + 40°C.
