8 Warranty Information and Company Contact

UFO Product Warranty
UFO Infrared Heaters warrants all UFO branded Infrared Heaters for a period of 2 years
from the date of purchase (receipt required) when used in accordance with our user
manual.
Should this product be shown to be defective in workmanship or material and it is within
the established warranty period, UFO will pay material costs either to repair or replace
the specified UFO Infrared Heater (UFO's option). The warranty does not cover improper
installation and/or abuse caused to the unit in question. This warranty excludes and will
not pay for any loss or damage, direct, consequential, or incidental damages, arising out
of the use of or inability to use this product.
