Assembly Instructions
Read all assembly instructions completely before attempting assembly.
See parts list above for part names and reference. Identify all components
and hardware.
1. Building the Main Frame - Begin by building the four sides of your
Main frame (Figure 1) consisting of:
•
The (2) Long Side Rails
•
The (1) Top Brace
•
And (1) Floor Brace
Use (4) Small Hex Bolts (M6x12)
(4) Small Washers (ø6)
to the outside ends of the Floor Brace
on the other end of the Long Side Rails to mount the Top Brace. This
completes the 4 sides of your Main Frame.
2. Building the Rear Frame - Build the 3 sides of your Rear Frame
(Figure 3) using:
•
The (2) Short side Rails
•
And the remaining (1) Floor Brace
Use (4) Small Hex Bolts (M6x12)
(4) Small Washers (ø6)
of the Short Side Rails
can be identified by 2 small holes toward the end versus a large hole at
the other end.
3. Connecting the 2 Frames - Assemble the Rear Frame to the Main
Frame by connecting the large holes at the end of the Short Side Rails
that make up the Rear Frame, to the raised holes in the Long Side Rails
(Figure 4) that make up the Main Frame using (2) Medium Hex Bolts
(M8x16)
, (2) Medium "Nyloc" Bolts (M8)
(ø8) (Figure 5).
4. Assemble your Flat Cross Supports (Figure 6) by inserting the remaining
(1) Medium Hex Bolts (M8x16)
supports and tighten with the remaining (1) Medium "Nyloc" Nuts (M8)
, and (1) Medium Washer (ø8)

, (4) Small "Nyloc" Nuts (M6)
, to connect the ends of the Long Side Rails
(Figure 2). Repeat process
