INTRODUCTION
Thank you for trusting in Mondial. It is the perfect accessory for food lovers. To ensure
proper operation and maintenance of the product, carefully read the instructions in this
manual and keep it in the event that you may need in the future. We recommend that you
also keep the packaging in case of repairs, and dispose of all plastic bags that could
become dangerous toys for children.
The appliance is very easy to use. Just connect it to the electricity supply socket (220-250V).
If you need more information, please contact Mondial.
Through an integrated system (turbine and resistance), the AIR FRYER INOX moves the
hot air inside the cooking compartment and grills the food rapidly: without smoke, no smell
and no oil, providing the preparation of recipes in a healthier and faster way.
Advice:
The use of Mondial appliances by children needs clear instructions of use and
constant supervision during use of the appliance.
OPERATION
The instrument consists of the following parts, see fig.A:
Before using the appliance:

Unpack the appliance.

Clean the outer part of the appliance with a damp cloth. Dry it well with a soft cloth
or paper towel.

Clean the accessories completely with hot water, a little detergent and a non-
abrasive sponge.
Use (See fig.A)

Connect the plug to an electric socket.

It is recommended to preheat the AIR FRYER before starting to prepare the foods.

To preheat, turn the "Timer" button to 5 minutes and the temperature button to
"200°C". The indicator lights (red and green) will come on, indicating the operation
of the product.
The green light will stay on during preheating. The green light will go off when the
AIR FRYER attains the ideal temperature to receive the foods. The preheating
takes about 4 to 6 minutes. If the green light goes off, it means that your AIR
FRYER is preheated and you can start preparing your food.
NOTE: During the cooking process with hot air, the heating indicator light will
come on and off from time to time. This indicates that the heating element is
switched on and off to maintain the established temperature.

Open the bowl on a flat surface, remove the removable basket by pressing the
basket release button and put the food in the basket.
NOTE: The metal parts of the AIR FRYER will be hot so use oven gloves to avoid
accidents.

Correctly insert the removable basket in the bowl.

Turn the temperature control button up to the desired temperature. Check the
Time and Temperature" table.

To on the appliance, turn the Timer" button up to the desired time.
Tip: It is recommended to check the cooking of foods half way of the preparation by
removing the basket and shaking it to remove foods that may be stuck. It is
recommended to turn them for a more uniform cooking. Put the basket back in the AIR
FRYER to continue the preparation.
WARNING: The protection lid on the handle of the AIR FRYER prevents the user
from pressing the release button of the basket when removing the bowl from the
appliance.
WARNING: Do not press the basket release button when shaking it.

The preparation time is complete when the timer emits a sound signal. Remove
the compartment from the AIR FRYER and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
Note: To switch off the appliance manually, simply turn the Timer button to "0".

Check if the food is ready. In case it is not, adjust the time by adding some extra
minutes.
10.
To remove the food, press the basket release button and remove the basket from
the appliance.

The times on the table below are a suggestion and can vary according to the local mains
voltage and the food to be prepared.

Note: The suggest times does not consider the time necessary to heat the
appliance (when the light goes off).
Important Observations
˃
The time suggestions of the display are for portions of 100 to 200g.
˃
It is recommended for all frozen foods to be dried with paper towel in order to
prevent possible ice crystals that form during freezing from interfering in the
texture of the food.

Foods with smaller pieces or portions take less time to prepare compared to larger
