E01 - E01CR assembly instructions
The product must be installed exactly as supplied by Teuco,
otherwise warranty will be invalidated.
The directions for installation must be observed to the letter, as
must those concerning recommended materials and the
accessories supplied with the product.
The product is designed for installation against masonry walls. For
stud partition walls (wood, plasterboard) make certain the structure
is reinforced sufficiently to provide a firm anchorage
The shower must be installed directly on the floor and against
finished walls.
The floor where the shower is to be installed must be perfectly
level.
Waterproof the hole in the floor where the waste trap will be
housed.
The product must be installed only in a corner and not built into
a niche or alcove, standing directly on the floor and against
finished walls with no projections (e.g. skirtings, mouldings...).
Electrical connections must be carried out in compliance with
safety regulations governing bathroom installations as described
in the enclosed INSTALLATION REGULATIONS manual.
Minimum headroom of 240cm(E01) - 230cm(E01CR) is required
in order to allow proper maintenance of the shower.
All the fasteners (bags A-B-C-D) and accessories needed for
assembly purposes are in the "accessories box".
This manual constitutes an integral part of the product and must
be kept for future reference.

FITTING THE WALL BRACKET

- Fit the plates to the wall bracket, being careful to assemble the parts

as in the drawing, and leave finger tight to facilitate the following
steps.

- Offer the bracket to the wall, keeping to the measurement

indicated, and mark the fixing centres.
CHECK THAT THE MODEL INDICATED IS THE SAME AS THE
MODEL INSTALLED

- Drill the wall at the points marked, and clean up the corner.

- Insert the masonry plugs and fix the bracket with the screws.

HANGING THE EQUIPMENT PACK
(version with sauna only)

- Hook the pack onto the wall bracket, positioning it tight into the
corner.
Secure the bottom of the pack to the wall with the screw and
masonry plug. Clean up the corner.
PREPARING THE SHOWER BASE

- Fit the waste outlet to the shower base with the screws provided.

DO NOT USE SILICONE.

- Position the shower base in the corner of the bathroom and

connect the waste to the drain (zone A).

FITTING THE SIDE PANELS

- Separate the inner part of each clamp located on the shower base.

- Position the side panels on the shower base and secure with the

clamps separated previously. Snap the concealers onto the screws.
FITTING THE TOP TRACK

- Take the top track and separate the inner part of each clamp.

- Fit the top track to the panels and secure with the clamps

separated previously. Snap the concealers onto the screws.

- Fix the top track to the wall bracket.

Complete the operation by adjusting the plates of the wall bracket
as appropriate.
FITTING THE BACK PANEL

- Fit the grip washer (1) to the pin of the shower base.
Offer the back panel to the shower base, locating the bottom on
the grip washer (1).
Secure the back panel to the top track by means of the grip
Aassembly (2).
FITTING THE DOOR

- Fit the grip washer (1) to the pin of the shower base.
Offer the door to the shower base, locating the bottom on the grip
washer (1).
Secure the door to the top track by means of the grip assembly (2).
FITTING THE SEALS

- Fit the seals as illustrated in the drawing:

L = 635mm, 128mm to top track
1 = to Rx side of door
2 = to Lx panel

- L = 150mm, 482mm, 150mm to top track

3 = to Rx panel
4 = to Lx side of back panel
ADJUSTING THE BACK PANEL

- If the back panel is not correctly aligned with the side panels,
make the necessary adjustment by way of the top grip assembly.
