6. First steps

6.1. Switching on the camera

 Press the ON/OFF button for 1 to 2 seconds to switch on the
camera.
The operating LED briefly lights up red and the display
switches on. The camera is in shooting mode.
NOTE!
If the camera does not switch on, check whether the
batteries are inserted properly and whether or not they
are charged.
6.2. Switching off the camera
 Hold down the ON/OFF button for a few seconds to switch
off the camera.
6.2.1.

Energy-saving function

If the camera is not used for 3 minutes, it switches off. You can
also set the automatic switch-off period to 60 seconds or deacti-
vate it completely.
