Insufficient water in the water
container.
The water container is calcified. Decalcify the water container.

Remedy
Fill the water container to
the 0.5 litre marking at a min-
imum.
Select a program function
with the desired higher tem-
perature.
Lift up the water container and
place it on the base again.
Remove the water container
from the base, turn the base
over and wipe it with a lint-
free cloth or blow it off.
