Troubleshooting
Problem
Device is not cooling
(the cooling unit at
the back of the
device is cold).

The device plug is not
plugged in.
No voltage present in the
AC voltage socket.
The device is in its defrost-

sufficiently ventilated.

Troubleshooting
Suggested remedy
Plug the device plug in.
Check fuse or try using another plug
socket.
Check again if the device is cooling
after 2 hours as the defrosting phase
lasts 2 hours.
This can only be repaired by an author-
ised customer services unit.
This can only be repaired by an
authorised repair centre.
Level the device using a spirit level.
Let the device run for 5 to 6 hours.
This can only be repaired by an
authorised repair centre.
Check that the ventilation grids are not
covered.
Check that device has been installed
in accordance with fig. 2, page 3.
