the machine. Make sure you have understood them
before operating the machine for the fi rst time.
Keep both sets of instructions for any future
queries.
1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE TRIMMER USE
1. WARNING! Carefully read the GENERAL SAFE-
TY INSTRUCTION LEAFLET enclosed with the
machine documents.
2. Supply voltage must be the same as that indicated
on the specifi cations plate.
3. Keep hands away from the cutting area. Hold
fi rmly the machine when working.
4. Use always Virutex original bits. Never use
malformed or broken bits.
5. Always use bits with the correct size of shank
for the chuck being used and adjust the velocity
of the tool.
6. WARNING! Unplug the machine from the
electrical outlet before carrying out any handling
operations.

3. STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Inside the box you will fi nd the following items:
• FR156N trimmer fi tted with dust collector con-
nection bit for 3 mm radius and 8 mm shank
diameter.
• A/f key: 11 mm for the motor shaft.
• A/f key: 19 mm for the chuck collet.
• Head bases with a pitch diameter of 26 and 30.
4. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
OF THE KFR130N TRIMMER
The main function of the machine is the fi nishing of
PVC, melamine and wooden edges. These may be
straight and angled or curved, depending on the bit
used. Shaped fi nishes can also be obtained using
different WEGOMA bits with bearings. The machine
is fi tted with a dust collector connection for attaching
our AS182K and AS282K dust collectors or any
other industrial dust collector, using the standard
dust collector attachment (Ref. 6446073).
5. ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING! Unplug the machine from the electrical
outlet before making any adjustments.
To adjust the bit outlet, loosen knob B on the head,
regulate screw A to move the bit and then fasten it
in place again (Fig. 3).
6. STARTING UP THE MACHINE
To start the machine, press button E forward (Fig.
1) to the on position. To stop the machine, simply
press the back of the switch and it will return to
the off position.
