Possible Cause
Drain hose is bent or
clogged.
The Button/Coin trap is
clogged.
Check height of drain hose
it should be less than 96".
Electrical power cord
may not be plugged in or
connection may be loose.
House fuse is blown, circuit
breaker tripped, or a power
outage has occurred.
Water supply tap is not
turned on.
Check that the door is firmly
shut.
The washing time may vary
with the amount of laundry,
water pressure, water
temperature, and other

Does not use HE detergent.
Stains under the door seal.
The water temperature or

Check that the height of the
drain hose is below 30"

Solution
Clean and straighten the
drain hose.
