If you keep [D] pressed for a few seconds, the display's setting
changes and the temperature is shown in Fahrenheit (°F). To bring
the display back to its original setting, press again [D] for a few
seconds.
HOW TO USE
◊ Instructions for use
The straightener MUST ALWAYS BE USED with the steam outlet
holes [A] facing down, so that the lock of hair is exposed to the
steam before being treated.
The arrows on the straightener's body must always point
downwards.
Tighten the hair between the clamps: the appliance will automatically start to eject
steam. Slowly slide the straightener from the root to the ends of the hair, so that the
steam covers the full lock of hair.
SWITCH-OFF
Press the ON/OFF button [G] to switch-off the appliance.
The word OFF appears on the LCD display [C].
Do not pull the cord or the appliance to disconnect the power cord from the
mains socket. Put the appliance in a safe place and wait as long as necessary for the
straightener to cool completely.
Before storing the appliance, to avoid spilling water, completely empty the tank [H].
Never wind the power supply cable around the device.

STANDBY MODE

For greater safety, the appliance will automatically switch-off after an hour of
inactivity, while remaining connected to the mains.
Press the ON/OFF button again to turn on the appliance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I can't straighten my hair, what can I do?
1. Check that the direction of use of the straightener is correct (see paragraph HOW
TO USE).
2. Check that the set temperature is correct for your hair type.
No steam comes out of the straightener, what can I do?
1. Check the tank. If there is not enough water, fill it again and keep the straightener
closed for about 2 minutes, then the steam starts to come out.
2. Check that the tank is correctly coupled to the straightener.
3. Note that in very humid environments the steam may not be visible even though
the straightener is working correctly. Hold the straightener near a mirror and
check that it remains fogged/wet. If not, take the straightener to an authorised
customer service centre.
The straightener does not heat up, what can I do?
1. Check that the straightener has not entered Standby mode.
2. Connect the power plug to the mains supply and press the ON/OFF button.
