VACUUM PACKING OF BOTTLES
The vacuum bottle stopper can be used on wine bottles or vegetable oil bottles,
for example. Thus you can easily preserve the aroma and freshness of any liquid.
Caution: Do not use the vacuum packing bottle stoppers for very thin glass bot-
tles, for crystal, plastic or aluminium bottles or for damaged bottles.
Please do not vacuum pack any carbonated liquids. These liquids must be pre-
served under pressure. Vacuum packing causes them to lose the carbonation.
1.
Prepare the appliance as described in the section „Preparing the appliance
for operation".
2.
Insert the bottle stopper into the opening of the bottle. There must be at
least 2.5 cm of air between the liquid in the bottle and the lower edge of the
vacuum packing bottle stopper.
3.
Insert one end of the hose included with your vacuum packing machine
into the connection on the appliance and the other end into the hole in the
vacuum packing bottle stopper.
4.

is in operation.
5.

stopper.
6.
The vacuum packing process is now completed.

again.
