4. Keep the appliance out of the reach of chil-
dren under 8 years of age.
5. Ensure that children have no access to the
batteries contained in the appliance – danger
of asphyxiation!
6. Do not recharge normal batteries.
7. Ensure that the batteries do not heat up or
come into contact with open flame – explo-
sion danger.
8. If the appliance will not be used for a longer
period of time, remove the batteries to avoid
battery leakage. Battery leakage can cause
skin irritation, consequently in this case wear
protective gloves when removing the batter-
ies.
9. The appliance is intended for household
use only; it is not designed for commercial
requirements.
10. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
11. The appliance is only suitable for human
hair. Do not use the appliance on artificial
hair or on animals.
12. Ensure that the appliance does not come
close your eyes.
