5) Battery tool use and care
a) Recharge only w ith the charger specified by the
manufacturer.
A charger that is suitable for one type of battery
pack m ay create a risk of fire w hen used w ith
another battery pack.
b) Use power tools only with specifically designated
battery packs.
Use of any other battery packs m ay create a risk
of injury and fire.
c) When battery pack is not in use, keep it aw ay
from other metal objects like paper clips, coins,
keys, nails, screw s, or other small metal objects
that can make a connection from one terminal
to another.
Shorting the battery term inals together m ay
cause burns or a fire.
d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected
from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush w ith w ater. If liquid
contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery m ay cause
irritation or burns.
6) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair
person using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the power tool
is maintained.

When not in use, tools should be stored out of reach of
children and infirm persons.
CORDLESS DRIVER DRILL SAFETY WARNINGS
1.
Use auxiliary handle(s), if supplied w ith the tool.
Loss of control can cause personal injury.

Hold pow er tool by insulated gripping surfaces,
w hen performing an operation w here the cutting
accessory or fastener may contact hidden w iring.
Cutting accessory or fasteners contacting a "live"
w ire m ay m ake exposed m etal parts of the pow er
tool "live" and could give the operator an electric
shock.

Alw ays charge the battery at a tem perature of 0 –
40°C. A tem perature of less than 0°C w ill result in
over charging w hich is dangerous. The battery
cannot be charged at a tem perature higher than
40°C.
The m ost suitable tem perature for charging is that
of 20 – 25°C.
4.
When one charging is com pleted, leave the charger
for about 15 m inutes before the next charging of
battery.

Do not allow foreign m atter to enter the hole for
connecting the rechargeable battery.

Never disassem ble the rechargeable battery and
charger.

Never short-circuit the rechargeable battery. Short-
circuiting the battery w ill cause a great electric
current and overheat. It results in burn or dam age
to the battery.
8.
Do not dispose of the battery in fire.
If the battery is burnt, it m ay explode.
9.
Bring the battery to the shop from w hich it w as
purchased as soon as the post-charging battery life
becom es too short for practical use. Do not dispose
of the exhausted battery.
10. Using an exhausted battery will damage the charger.
11. Do not insert object into the air ventilation slots of
the charger.
Inserting m etal objects or inflam m ables into the
charger air ventilation slots w ill result in electrical
shock hazard or dam aged charger.
12. When m ounting a bit into the keyless chuck, tighten
the sleeve adequately. If the sleeve is not tight, the
bit m ay slip or fall out, causing injury.
13. This product contains a strong perm anent m agnet
in the m otor.
Observe the follow ing precautions regarding
adhering of chips to the tool and the effect of the
perm anent m agnet on electronic devices.
CAUTION
Do not place the tool on a w orkbench or w ork area
w here metal chips are present.
The chips m ay adhere to the tool, resulting in injury
or m alfunction.
If chips have adhered to the tool, do not touch it.
Remove the chips w ith a brush.
Failure to do so m ay result in injury.
If you use a pacemaker or other electronic medical
device, do not operate or approach the tool.
Operation of the electronic device m ay be affected.
Do not use the tool in the vicinity of precision
devices such as cell phones, magnetic cards or
electronic memory media.
Doing so m ay lead to m isoperation, m alfunction or

CAUTION ON LITHIUM -ION BATTERY
To extend the lifetim e, the lithium -ion battery equips
w ith the protection function to stop the output.
In the cases of 1 to 3 described below , w hen using this
product, even if you are pulling the sw itch, the m otor
m ay stop. This is not the trouble but the result of
protection function.

When the battery pow er rem aining runs out, the
m otor stops.
In such a case, charge it up im m ediately.
2.
If the tool is overloaded, the m otor m ay stop. In this
case, release the sw itch of tool and elim inate causes
of overloading. After that, you can use it again.
3.
If the battery is overheated under overload w ork,
the battery pow er m ay stop.
In this case, stop using the battery and let the
battery cool. After that, you can use it again.
