6.3. SLIDING DOOR CABINETS

6.3.1. Adjusting the sliding guides

If there is a defect or overload, the doors may malfunction.
1. Use a 17 mm ring spanner to adjust the two plastic sliding guides at the top of each door.
2. Exchange the roller bearings and plastic pads as necessary.

6.4. TOP-MOUNTED CABINET, LARGE-CAPACITY TOP-MOUNTED CABINET

6.4.1. Mount it on a base cabinet or large-capacity base cabinet

A top-mounted cabinet can be mounted on one or more base cabinets. The installation holes must
match.
1. Using a hammer and an 8 mm parallel pin punch, knock out the punch-out in the cabinet shell
cover.
2. Employ at least two persons when dismantling cabinets.
CAUTION! Suspended load. Do not step under the cabinet or reach underneath it.
3. Working from below, insert four M6 screws through the base cabinet and through the top-
mounted cabinet, and secure them with drawn-on nuts.

6.5. SHADOWBOARD CABINET

6.5.1. Inserting the shadowboards

6.5.2. Guide rails

1. For each guide rail, undo three bolts with nuts.
2. Position the guide rail to suit the holes in the shelf.
3. Screw the guide rails into place with three nuts and bolts each.

6.6. LOCKER

6.6.1. Switching over the door catch

1. Use pliers to remove the hinge pin, take off the door.
2. Remove the rubber plug from the cabinet shell, unscrew the hinges.
3. Screw the hinges on at the same height on the opposite side, and clip the rubber plug into
place.
4. Insert the door into the hinges.

6.7. WALL-MOUNTED CABINET

1. Check that the fastenings supplied are suitable for use on the wall. If necessary select other
suitable fastenings.
2. Mark the position for the holes in the back of the cabinet.

1. Select stop pins to match the depth of the shadowboard, and

fold them round.
2. Slide the shadowboard in until it reaches the stop.
