USO
Una volta acceso l'MA853, premere brevemente il tasto CH/
ON per selezionare il parametro che si desidera impostare:
• Selezione della frequenza
Scegliere, utilizzando il tasto SELECT, uno tra i 144 canali
disponibili (12 gruppi frequenza, 12 canali ciascuno).
• Selezione del livello d'uscita RF
Il controllo del livello d'uscita ha lo scopo di ridurre al minimo
le possibili interferenze: quando il trasmettitore si trova molto
vicino al ricevitore è necessario ridurre il livello, mentre
quando si trova a grande distanza è necessario aumentarlo.
Per effettuare questa regolazione, occorre premere il tasto
CH/ON fi no a raggiungere la schermata relativa e tramite il
tasto CH/ON il valore desiderato tra i tre disponibili:
• Funzione LOCK
Il trasmettitore è dotato di una funzione di blocco del tasto
SELECT, utile per evitare che vengano involontariamente
modifi cate le impostazioni durante l'uso. Per attivare questa
funzione, premere il tasto CH/ON fi no alla schermata relativa
e con il tasto SELECT selezionare LOCK.
Nota: quando la funzione LOCK è attiva, il tasto è disabilitato
ma è possibile utilizzare il tasto CH/ON per scorrere tra le
funzioni. Per uscire dalla condizione di blocco, premere una
volta il tasto SELECT e il display visualizzerà la scritta UNLOCK
ad indicare l'avvenuto sblocco.
• Identifi cazione della frequenza operativa
Per identifi care la frequenza operativa, è possibile scegliere
una tra le seguenti modalità:
- Auto Scan (sul ricevitore)
Accendere entrambi gli apparecchi.
Premere e mantenere premuto il tasto MEMORY del ricevitore
per almeno 1 secondo: inizierà la fase di ricerca automatica.
Questa funzione ricerca le frequenze disponibili per ogni
gruppo/canale nell'intera banda di ricezione. Durante la
scansione, l'uscita è ammutolita e il display indica le frequenze
di ricezione espresse in MHz. Una volta agganciata la frequenza
del trasmettitore, la ricerca verrà automaticamente fermata:
la frequenza lampeggerà sul display. Premere brevemente il
tasto MEMORY per salvare in memoria l'informazione.
- Selezione manuale (sul ricevitore)
In caso si desideri selezionare manualmente la frequenza,
premere una volta il tasto MENU: la scritta GROUP lampeggerà
e sarà possibile, tramite i tasti freccia, scegliere uno tra i
12 gruppi pre-impostati. Per salvare la selezione, premere
MEMORY. Passare alla selezione del canale specifi co premendo
2 volte il tasto MENU: la scritta CHANNEL lampeggerà in attesa
della scelta. Premere nuovamente MEMORY per terminare
la procedura.

USE
Once the MA853 is switched on, press the CH/ON key briefl y
to select the parameter you wish to set:
• Selecting a frequency
Use the SELECT key to choose one of the 144 available
channels (12 frequency groups of 12 channels each).
• Selecting the RF output level
The purpose of the output level control is to keep noise to a
minimum. When the transmitter is very close to the receiver,
it is necessary to lower the output level. If, on the other hand,
it is far away, the level has to be raised. To adjust the level,
press the CH/ON key until the appropriate page appears on
the display, then use the SELECT key to choose one of the
three available levels:
PL 0 = 5 dB
PL 1 = 10 dB
PL 2 = 15 dB
• LOCK function
The transmitter has a function for locking the SELECT key. This
is useful for preventing inadvertent changes in the settings
while in use. To activate this function, press the CH/ON key
until the appropriate page appears on the display, then press
the SELECT key to select LOCK.
Nota: When the LOCK function is active, the key is disabled,
but it is possible to use the CH/ON key to scroll through the
functions. To unlock the key, press the SELECT key once. The
word UNLOCK will appear on the display to confi rm that the
key has been unlocked.
• Identifying the working frequency
It is possible to choose from among the following procedures
for identifying the working frequency:
- Auto Scan (on the receiver)
Switch on both pieces of equipment.
Press the MEMORY key of the receiver, holding it down
for at least one second. The automatic search will start.
This function searches the whole receiving band for the
frequencies that are available for each group/channel.
During the scan the output is muted, and the display will
show the receiving frequencies in MHz. The search will stop
automatically once the frequency of the transmitter has been
hooked onto, and this frequency will fl ash on the display.
Press the MEMORY key briefl y to store this information.
- Manual selection ( on the receiver)
If you wish to select the frequency manually, press the MENU
key once. The word GROUP will fl ash on the display and it
will be possible to use the arrow keys to select one of the 12
pre-set groups. To save your selection, press MEMORY. Then
select the specifi c channel by pressing the MENU key twice:
the word CHANNEL will fl ash until you have made your choice.
Press MEMORY again to end the procedure.
