Work surface
Choose a worktop which is easy to maintain and place the
appliance at least 1 cm away from non-heat resistant walls
to reduce radiation from the plate. For optimum user
comfort, the appliance must be located between 85 and
95 cm from the ground.
Electrical connection
The appliances must be connected to a single-phase 230 V
power supply, a two-pin socket + an earth contact of 16
amps. It is shipped with a HO7RNF-type power cable with
three conductors (phase + neutral + earth) with a 1.5 mm²
section.
Juice collection tray
This container can be used to collect the cooking juices. It
should be handled when the appliance is cold and
emptied and cleaned before each use.
