steam production boiler. The appliance is ready to use when the
indicator light "E" on the control panel lights up (fig. 5).
Light "E" flashes when the minimum operating pressure is
reached and remains on until maximum operating pressure is
reached. You are recommended to wait until maximum pressure
is reached before starting work.
To activate steam emission, use the switch "G" on the hand-
grip. (fig.7)
Filling the cleaning product circuit.
Activate the detergent button "C/H" with the steam switch "G/I"
activated. Detergent is only delivered when the appliance is in
"steam ready" status (light "E" on the control panel lit).
The detergent circuit is filled with switches "C/H" activated and
steam regulation knob "F" in the "0" position.
This is only necessary when delivering the detergent for the
first time.
When the detergent in the tank runs out, the appliance emits
an intermittent beep.
If necessary, release pressure in the boiler by activating the
steam switch "G" with the main switch in the "l" position and
switch "B" in the "0" position.
The quantity of steam delivered can be adjusted using the knob
"F" on the control panel.
Rotate anticlockwise from positions 1 to 6 for maximum delivery.
Rotate clockwise from positions 6 to 1 for minimum delivery
(fig. 8).
When tank is empty, the light "D" comes on and the appliance
emits a continuous beep (fig. 6) when the steam switch is
operated.
To deliver detergent, use switch "C" (fig. 6) on the control
panel and button "H" on the handgrip (fig. 7). Detergent is only
delivered when the appliance is in "steam ready" status (light
"E" on the control panel lit).
Press the button until the product comes out of the attachment
and then at intervals of a couple of seconds to avoid affecting
the efficiency of the steam.
Combined steam/vacuum phase (plus cleaning solution
if used).
Select the most suitable attachments.
- Multipurpose injection/extraction brush with appropriate
inserts. (fig. 9).
- Flat injection/extraction lance to be used on its own or with
the proper nozzle (fig. 10)
- Glass brush, to be used on its own or with extension hoses.
- If necessary, use the proper extension hoses. It is possible to
use a single extension hose.

Danger
Change the attachments only when all the switches on the
hand grip are off.
Do not change attachments while the appliance is emitting
steam, risk of burns.

Warning
Use only original attachments which offer optimum character-
istics of quality and safety. Failure to use original attachments
absolves the manufacturer from all liability.
Stopping the steam generator.
To stop the appliance, turn the steam phase, cleaning product

injection switches on the hand grip off (fig. 7); place the main
switch in the "O" position and unplug from the mains.
Turn the appliance on and off by means of the main switch only
and never by plugging in or unplugging the mains plug.

Warning
Never unplug by pulling the power cable.
IMPORTANT.
As with all technical appliances, your steam generator should
always be used according to the instructions.
Only maintenance authorised in this booklet may be carried out
by the user. All other operations are prohibited.

Danger
Before carrying out maintenance of any kind, unplug the steam
generator from the mains.
The appliance can only be disconnected from the mains by
unplugging it.
When maintenance has been completed, before reconnecting
the steam generator to the mains, check that the panels have
been replaced correctly and fixed using the screws provided.
Cleaning the appliance.
Do not use direct jets of water to clean the appliance. Use a
damp cloth only.
Clean all accessories thoroughly each time they are used.
Removing the wet vacuum head
Unplug the appliance from the mains socket, remove the cover,
disconnect the plug on the control panel, open the plastic hooks
(fig. 12) and remove the head. When replacing the head, make
sure the hooks are firmly in place and that the head fits perfectly
onto the drum itself. An imperfect fit will reduce suction power
considerably.
Cleaning the drum.
Check the material vacuumed up regularly.
Empty the drum before completely full. (fig. 13).
Empty and clean the drum and attachments each time the
appliance is used.
Use suitable personal protection before handling drum (gloves,
mask, suitable clothing).
Avoid knocking the drum against dustbins or similar during
emptying. This could cause distortion or damage leading to air
infiltration during operation.
Dispose of material vacuumed up according to current legisla-
tion.
Cleaning the filters.
Check the condition of the output filters on the water and deter-
gent tanks and steam generator regularly. Clean and remove
all dirt. Replace if excessively dirty. (fig. 14).
Boiler maintenance.
On average, boiler maintenance should be carried out after eve-
ry 50 hours of operation. If the appliance is used with especially
