Troubleshooting:
Before eliminating faults, disconnect the mains power plug!

Fault lamp (4) is lit red: Battery temperature outside the permissible charging temperature
(5°C to 45°C).

Fault lamp (4) flashes red: Battery is defective.
If the battery temperature is between 5°C and 45°C and the red fault lamp (4) is nevertheless lit,
there may be a faulty contact.

Clean contact points on battery.
In the event of other faults, please contact aquatechnik Service. Repairs should only be carried out
by aquatechnik service centres or dealers authorised by aquatechnik.

Care and Maintenance
Coupling tool BBR 90:
Remove the battery prior to carrying out any work on the machine.
Check that the expander heads are fully functional. Damaged expander heads must not be used
and must be sent to an authorised aquatechnik repair shop.
Periodically have the guidance inclusive thread checked referring to damages.
Clean and grease the expanding pin when you have finished work.
All other servicing, maintenance and repair work must be carried out by an authorised
aquatechnik repair shop.
If the seal is damaged the warranty will be null and void.
After 20.000 expanding cycles or 2 yeas have the machine serviced by an authorised aquatechnik
workshop.
When dispatching the machine ensure that it is packed in its carrying case completely with battery
and charger in the carry case only.
Electro-hydraulic machine does not exceed 3 hours in a -5° C storage.
Disconnect battery from machine before storing.
If oil leaks, the machines are to be sent to an authorized aquatechnik repair shop.
Charger:
If the supply cord of this appliance is damaged, it must only be replaced by a repair shop
appointed by aquatechnik.

Disposal
Components of the unit are recyclable material and should be put to recycling. For an
environmentalfriendly disposal of the non-recyclable parts (e.g. electronic waste) please contact
your local waste disposal authority.
Old batteries must not be littered in fire or in domestic waste.
For EU countries only:
Do not dispose of electric tools with domestic waste. In accordance with European Direc-
tive 2012/19/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation as
national law, electric tools that are no longer serviceable must be collected separately and
utilised for environmentally compatible recycling.

Machine preparation
Before each operation, make sure that the head adapter assembled on the machine matches the
mechanical expander with the diameter with which you will be processing (see following table).
