10. Fault diagnosis
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator:
Trouble
No lights illuminated
on charger module
Yellow LED flashing
Only Red LED on
charger module is
illuminated
Machine not working
Machine wobbles or
vibrates excessively
* If the fuse blows several times, the machine should be checked by an authorised Service Agent.
Reason
• Power failure
• Unsuitable battery
• Battery not connected
• Charger not connected correctly
• Battery is faulty
• Charging time out
• Switch interlock incorrectly operated
• Current overload fuse blown*
• Pad worn or damaged
• Pad not centred on drive disc
• Pad dirty
• Incorrect pad selection

• Check the mains fuse, the power supply cord
and plug
• Contact service agent
