Control elements
The thermostat control allows setting of operational temperature.
The referred temperatures here are only approximate, if necessary,
you can use lower or higher temperatures.
O : O
Heating (Fondue): 80–100 °C
Stewing: 120–140 °C
Steam cooking: 200–240 °C
Cooking: 200–240 °C
Frying: 180–220 °C
Deep-frying: 180–200 °C
Baking: 180–220 °C
Grilling: 220–240 °C
Temperature settings: From 80 °C to 240 °C
Note: The set temperatures vary within a tolerance of +/- 5-10%.
Food preparation

During the food preparation process, the control light alternately lights up and goes out again. It is
permanently on only when heating to a preset temperature, after reaching it, the light will come on and
go out again while maintaining the set temperature.
Do not forget to set the appliance to O position and unplug it ALWAYS after you nish cooking.

1. Heating (Fondue)
To prepare fondue – meat, cheese or chocolate.
•
Put the desired liquid or food directly into the container with non-stick surface and cover with the lid.
•
Set the control to 80–100 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
•
After heating, switch o the appliance and unplug it.
2. Stewing
To prepare vegetable dishes, stews, fruit.
•
Put the desired liquid or food directly into the container with non-stick surface and cover with the lid.
•
Set the control to 120–140 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
•
Do not lift the lid too often during cooking to limit the amount of steam and heat, which would escape.
Always make sure that the food is immersed in su cient amount of water.
•
Always switch o the appliance after stewing and unplug it.
3. Steam cooking
To prepare fruit and vegetables, to steam dumplings.
•
Use the grate for steam cooking.
•
Place the grate on the container with non-stick surface.
•
Add 2 cups of water (the grate must not be immersed in water) and cover
with the lid.
•
Set the control to 200–240 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
•
Do not lift the lid too often to limit the amount of steam and heat, which
would escape.
•
After nishing steam cooking, remove carefully the hot grate.
•
Then switch the appliance o and unplug it.
4. Cooking
To prepare rice, pasta, potatoes, dumplings, as well as soups, sauces or vegetables.
•
Set the control to 200–240 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
•
Put the required liquid or food (according to the recipe) in the container with non-stick surface and cover
with the lid.
•
Remove the food after nishing cooking it, switch o the appliance and unplug it.
