Problem

Possible Cause
The insert is too full.

inserted correctly.
You are frying oily food.

Solution
The contents of the insert
must never exceed the
maximum mark.
Make sure that the insert is
properly inserted into the
hot air fryer.
It is not uncommon for
food steam to arise in this
case.
Clean the inserts after use.
