•
Please read this instructions before use.
•
Ensure that the voltage on the specification plate is the same as in the mains
supply at your home.
•
Ensure that the oil is within the maximum and minimum marks in the compartment
when in use.
•
Keep out of reach of children.
•
Do not leave unattended when unit is switched on.
•
A thermal device automatically cuts off power supply in case of a fault.
•
Always allow the oil to cool of before moving the fryer, as hot oil can cause
serious burns.
•
Do not use if the mains cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by an
qualified service agents as special tools and parts are required to repair the
unit.
•
Never plug the fryer before adding oil or fat, if you do the thermal safety device
will operate and stop the appliance from working
•
Do not allow the cord to hang over the counter top. Do not use an extension lead
with the fryer.
•
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
operating instructions
•
Place the deep fryer on a stable flat surface.
•
Fill the frying bowl (oil pot) with fresh cooking oil. Butter, margarine, olive oil or
animal fat is not recommended due to its lower smoking temperatures. Ensure
the oil is above the Min mark and below the Max mark, seen on the inside of the
bowl.
•
Plug the heater into the wall socket and switch on the wall socket.
•
Turn the rotary thermostat to the temperature setting required.

•
The 'Power on' light will glow.
•
Place the food in the frying basket, and slowly lower the basket into the oil. Place
the lid onto the unit.
•
When the food is finished cooking, lift the lid of the unit. Be careful when removing
the lid, as hot steam may be emitted. Lift the basket out of the oil to drain, using
the basket handle. Once the oil is drained, serve as desired.
•
Always unplug the deep fat fryer after use.
•
Recommend the temperature setting for your reference: onion 130℃, spring-roll
150℃, fish and shrimp 170℃, drumstick 180℃, potato 190℃

•
Unplug the appliance when cleaning.
•
Clean the out side of the fryer and the lip with a damp cloth.
•
Detach the handle from the basket, wash the basket with hot water or washing-up
liquid, rinse and dry carefully.
•
Never immerse the appliance in water to wash it.

•
Whatever the recipe used, the food must be perfectly dry, this will avoid overflowing
and make the oil or fat last longer.
•
Never inject the water into bottom lid; Never connect the power when flyer body
is empty.
•
If there is any breakdown or damage, the appliance must be repaired by
specialized people. Non-specialized people are not permitted to dismantle or
repair the appliance.
•
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
