Vibrating Mattress Pad includes a One Year Limited Warranty against defects from the
date of purchase. In the event of a malfunction or defect during the in-warranty period, Munchkin, Inc., at its
option, will replace or repair the product under warranty. Upon receipt of the product and the proof of
purchase with a valid date of purchase, the defective part will be immediately repaired or replaced and
returned to you free of charge (USA only). Please send defective unit, proof of purchase with the original store

This warranty does not cover a defect that has been caused by negligence, accident, or
improper use of the product.

Battery Notice
1. Do not mix old and new batteries.
2. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium,
lithium-ion) batteries.
3. Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
4. Insert batteries in the correct polarity position.
5. Do not short circuit battery terminals.
6. Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted
batteries from product. Dispose batteries properly.
7. Use caution when opening battery compartment as some batteries may leak,
explode or catch on fire.
8. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
9. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
This Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
Operating Instructions
1. Press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn the Lulla-Vibe
Vibrating Mattress Pad on. Press the button a second time to move from the low
vibration speed to the high vibration speed.
2. The Lulla-Vibe
™
will turn off automatically after 30 minutes.
3. Manually turn off the Lulla-Vibe
™
1. Lift mattress slightly
2. Slide pad through the crib slats
3. Rotate pad flat
4. Lower mattress to original position
Replacing the Batteries
1. To replace the batteries in the Lulla-Vibe
the back of the Lulla-Vibe
™
. Flip the top portion of the neoprene cover back and
pull out the battery box. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, unscrew the battery
box door. Remove the exhausted batteries and dispose of them safely.
2. Insert 4 AA/LR06 batteries inside the battery compartment. Follow the "+/-"
signs for proper installation.
3. Replace battery compartment door and tighten the screws.
4. Place the battery box back into the cover and reseal the hook-and-loop fasteners.
To Clean:
Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Allow to air-dry. Do not bleach.
Do not iron.

liquids. Use for intended purposes only. Inspect before use. Discard and replace at first sign of
weakness or damage. Discard all packaging components before use.

Mises en garde relatives aux piles
