1 Application
The 430H1, 430C1, 430C2, 430C3, 430C4 Headrests and/or Neckrests
are to be used exclusively for the application in combination with wheel-
chairs or seating systems.
2 Description/function
Headrests (430H1) provide posterior support. They are suitable for example
for patients with very low tone (or hydrocephalus).
Combinations Headrest/Neckrest (430C1) can be used for example for
patients with a tendency to jut their chins and extend their necks and for
patients with high extensor tone who want maximum support.
Lateral Control Headrests (430C2) provide both lateral and posterior posi-
tioning for more severely disabled patients. Attention: This headrest/neckrest
should not be used in place of shoulder retractors.
Headrest/Neckrest, X-form (430C3, 430C4) provide both lateral and pos-
terior positioning for more severely disabled patients.
