11. Fault
The appliance does not heat
If the appliance still fails to work after you have checked the above points, please contact your customer
service center (in Germany ISC GmbH).

Household fuse has triggered
Plug is not connected
Room temperature is higher than
the temperature set on the
appliance
The overheating cutout has
responded
Check the household fuse; make
sure that no other high-power
devices are loading the fuse in
addition
Connect the plug
Set the thermostat control higher
Do not cover the appliance –
maintain the minimum distances!
