SOLUTION
Make sure the porta filter is properly
engaged onto the boiler outlet,
lining up with the locked symbols.
Remove the coffee grounds from the
group head using a soft brush or
damp cloth.
Clean the gasket with a damp cloth.
Contact the after sales support line
for a new gasket.
Fill the container with water.
Lift out the container and place it
back correctly.
