Using the USB Port (Models XP500 and XP750C)
The USB port provides up to 500mA at 5v dC.
1.
Ensure the battery clips are securely clipped on the storage holders.
2.
Turn the Instant Power™ On/Off switch to the ON (clockwise) position.
3.
Plug the device into the USB port on the front panel.
4.
Turn the USB device on.
5.
Reverse these steps when finished using the USB port.
6.
Charge the Instant Power™ as soon as possible after using the USB port.

Using the Built-In Light
1.
Position the Instant Power™ on a flat, stable surface near the intended
work area.
2.
Ensure the battery clips are securely clipped on the storage holders.
3.
Toggle the Work Light switch to the ON position.
4.
The Instant Power™ light will turn on and illuminate your work area.
5.
Toggle the Work Light switch to the OFF position when the work is
completed.
6.
Charge the Instant Power™ as soon as possible after using the built-in
light.
NOTE: With a fully charged internal battery, the built-in light on the XP400
should provide approximately 50 hours of continuous, useful light, the built-in
light on the XP500 should provide approximately 70 hours of continuous,
useful light and the built-in light on the XP750C should provide approximately
120 hours of continuous, useful light.
