Subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in this warranty. Tennant warrants the rotationally molded polyethylene and fiberglass hous-
ings, aluminum frames and chassis for 10 full years and 3 full years on all other components to be free from defects in material and workman-
ship, under normal use and a planned program of service with the original owner(s). Exceptions: Batteries and battery chargers are war-
ranted for one full year (prorated) to the original purchaser. At any time within three years from the date of delivery to the owner, Tennant will
furnish a replacement part. Such replacement parts will be furnished to the owner and charged, including transportation charges, through
any authorized Tennant/Leading Edge Systems/ServicaMaster service center. The part in question must be returned for inspection to the
factory. If found to be not defective, the owner will be obligated to make payment for the part and labor. Tennant/Leading Edge Systems will
complete a written report of the failure on all parts returned. Travel charges will be credited on warranty repairs. Parts replaced or repaired
under warranty are fully guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period. Replacement parts that have become defective through
wear or abuse caused by accident, misuse, negligence, fire, or to any product which has been repaired by other than an authorized Tennant/
Leading Edge Systems/Servicemaster service center, the warranty will not apply.
Procedure to be taken to obtain performance of warranty:
1) Contact 1–800–537–5735 before repair service is performed by anyone else. State the model, type and serial number as shown on the
nameplate of the equipment. The warranty department will provide the location of the closest available authorized service center.
2) The inoperative equipment or warranted parts, with the satisfactory evidence of the purchase date, will be delivered, with shipping and
delivery charges prepaid to an authorized Tennant/LES/ServiceMaster service center, or on–site service will be performed by that center.
3) Upon compliance with the above procedure, all warranted defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge or cost to the owner.
Because this product is intended for commercial and/or industrial use, no warranty is extended to persons purchasing for personal,
family, or household uses.
Any change in warranty must be communicated to ServiceMaster, in writing, at least 90 days in advance of change in warranty. Warranty
changes will not be retroactive to equipment already purchased and will begin with equipment sold after date communicated below.
There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Tennant be liable for incidental or consequential damages. (1–24–01)
