DEFICIENT FUNCTIONING OF THE GAS TAP
In case of any deficient functioning of the gas tap, do not attempt its repair or lubrication. Substitute the
gas tap.
SUBSTITUTION OF INJECTORS OR ALTERATION OF GAS TYPE
1. In order to substitute the injector in this product line, take off the burner. Unfasten its support,
push the burner carefully backwards until it comes loose from the equipment.
2. Now you have access to the injector. In order to extract the injector from the equipment, use an
appropriate screw driver. Place the new injector and fasten the screws.
3. In this product line, the burner features automatic air regulation. Therefore, a new burner, injector
or thermocouple are automatically regulated after placement.
4. Always check the diameter of the injector in relation to the gas type.
After any alteration of the gas type, it might become necessary to regulate the minimal flame again. In
order to do so, follow the instructions regarding the minimal flame.
SUBSTITUTING OF THE THERMOCOUPLE OR SPARK PLUG
Unfasten the burner from its support and extract the burner. The thermocouple and the spark plug are
fixed to the support of the injector that is positioned on the front of the burner. In order to extract the
spark plug, simply loosen the spring that fixes it and substitute it. In order to extract the thermocouple,
use an adequate key.
Important: On the model BMF 1/1G SP, unfasten the thermocouple from the gas tap before extracting it
from the injector support.
