6. Grasp the starter controller and vehemently pull it.

Starter controller
7. Once it is pulled, the starter controller will check the status
or the condition of the motor several times, then slowly
move the accelerator lever until the completely opened
position. When you hear the explosion sound but the
motor does not start, move the accelerator lever until the
completely opened position and vehemently pull the
starter controller again.
8. Once the motor has started, open the choke lever. The
motor will start in a low setting.
5.2.3 Functions

1
Accelerator lever
1. Once the motor is running, move the accelerator lever until
the position of low speed and let the motor warm for about
one minute. A warm motor will ensure smooth acceleration.
2. Ensure you run the machine at the correct RPM.
Precaution
•
Do not rev the motor if it has not been lubricated
completely.
•
When the accelerator is completely opened the number of
RPM's will increase significantly. This will not only have a
negative effect on the motor's longevity but will also flood
it.
•
Do not rev the motor.
5.2.4 Storage

Principal switch
2
Accelerator lever
1. Loosen the accelerator lever and allow the motor to work in
minimum running.
2. Adjust the principal switch to the position STOP. Fill the fuel
tank before you use it up. It will be started more easily next
time.
Precaution
•
As is shown in the illustration, in the summer when you
stop the motor to have a rest, make sure that the interior
packing of the plug of the tank is not submerged in the fuel.
If the air hole is submerged in the fuel, fuel can be lost or
filtered due to the larger internal pressure in the tank.
•
During the working process and right after you park the

motor, do not touch the units of motor, especially the
muffler.

5.2.5 Adjust the carburetor

1
Screw for fuel adjustment at low speed.
2
Low speed adjustable screw.
3
Screw for fuel adjustment at high speed.
1. The screw for adjusting fuel at low speed is standard.
–
Turn clock wise: the mixture of air and fuel is reduced.
–
Turn anticlockwise: the mixture of air and fuel is added.
2. With the screw of adjustment at low speed adjust the low
revolutions per minute.
–
Turn to the right: increase the number of revolutions
per minute.
–
Turn to the left: decrease the number of revolutions per
minute.
3. In case that the motor is equipped with a screw of fuel
adjustment at high speed:
–
Turn to the right: mixture of fuel-air becomes less.
–
Turn to the left: mixture of fuel-air becomes richer or
more intense.
Note
•
Generally it is not necessary to adjust the carburetor
because the factory settings are optimal.
•
If the mixture of fuel is adjusted to an extraordinarily poor
level, you may flood the motor or increase the minimum
number of revolutions per minute which can cause injuries
when the machine is running.
6 Maintenance and cleaning
6.1
Daily maintenance
6.1.1 Clean the air filter
After cleaning all elements of the air filter with gasoline, use
motor oil to soak it and manually dry it well.

6.1.2 Check the screw adjuster level
Periodically check the screws to assure that they are duly
adjusted, and if they are loose, tighten them again.
