THE APPLICATION RANGE FOR THE WRENCH
•
Always choose sensors above the capability of the wrench (If the wrench capacity is 50 N.m, select a sensor with a
capacity greater or equal to 50 N.m).
•
If required, use the correct square drive adaptor to fi t the wrench to the sensor.
•
Adjust the fi xing bar lengthways so the bar centre is aligned with the calibration mark on the wrench handle. If the
handle has no mark, place the bar at the centre of the grip.
•
Position the wrench in the direction of the arrow.
•
Adjust the handle plate vertically so the wrench is held level horizontally, within +/- 3 degrees.
•
For safety, ensure the wrench handle is located between fi xing bar (3) and fi xing bar (4) before applying any torque
NOTE: Attention for setting wrench
Torque wrench should be placed horizontally for better accuracy (should be within 3 degree).
