are regularly subject to wear and are thus not covered by our
manufacturer's guarantee include in particular the rechargeable
battery and the blade head.
• Also excluded are deficiencies which have little or no significant
effect on the value or serviceability of the appliance.
In the event of a deficiency covered by our manufacturer's guaran-
tee occurring within our guarantee period of two years from the date
of purchase, we will, at our option, either repair the faulty product or
provide a replacement.
It is a precondition for our manufacturer's guarantee that you send
or bring the product and proof of purchase (invoice) to us within the
guarantee period, in other words to the national sales companies of
Wella or the relevant national Customer Service centre. The current

www.wella.com in the device section.
Independently of our manufacturer's guarantee, you may of course
assert guarantee rights in relation to the vendor – e.g. subsequent
performance (remediation of defects, repair or replacement), with-
drawal from the contract or reduction in purchase price – insofar as
you possess such contractual or statutory rights. Such rights are not
affected by our manufacturer's guarantee.
