HELPFUL ADVICE BEFORE FITTING
• Please retain all packaging until you have checked and counted all the parts and the contents of the fixing pack against the
parts list.
• The fixing pack contains small items which should be kept away from young children.
• We suggest that you open the fixing pack and place all the contents into a container, therefore reducing the risk of losing
any small pieces.
INSTALLATION
• Do not connect the appliance until properly fixed to the wall and the instructions is read fully.
• Two people will be required for the installation.
• The screws and plugs supplied with this package are only suitable for SOLID wall installation. For any walls other than solid,
such as cavity, the appropriate fixings MUST be used .
• Always ensure intended wall area to be drilled is free from hidden electrical wires, water and gas pipes.

WALL
• Decide on the position where the fireplace will be hang on the wall. Measure distance between the keyhole slots (1 A) on
the rear part and determine a height for the fire to be fixed (1100mm to 1200mm from the floor to the top screw fixings is a
recommended height).
• Drill the holes (Ø7mm) in the wall (2).
• Use 2 wall plugs and 2 screws (Ø5 x 35mm) provided, leaving the end of the screws with 10mm protruding from the wall.
• Offer the appliance up into position, the 2 keyhole slots (1) at the back of the fireplace will sit over the 2 screws protruding
from the wall.
• Ensure the fireplace is leveled with respect to the wall.
• Unpack the pebbles and arrange them over the tray. You can adjust the position of the pebbles as you require.
• Carefully hang the glass front to the hooks on the sides of the fire. (3).
Note: Check the product periodically to ensure that no fittings has loosened and needs attention.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• The main POWER switch, must be switched ON in order for the Remote Control or the Manual Control.
HEATER (control panel and remote control)
REMOTE
• Press once the 1000W (I) button for the low heat settings; press twice

to switch off the heat setting.
PANEL
• Press once the 2000W (II) button for the high heat settings; press
twice to switch off the heat setting.
FLAME (control panel and remote control)
* When you press button, you can adjust the flame levels of
brightness. Press the button once and the flame effect will
be illuminated at level 1. Press twice and the flame effect will be
illuminated at level 2 . Press three times and the flame effect will be
illuminated at level 3.
* When you press the button 4 times, you turn off the flame effect
and in the same time you turn off the fan and heater too.
Note: The remote control unit uses one button cell batteries. If the batteries are not fully charged the remote device may not
operate and the range of the device will be reduced.
