Features

Single hand-operation, make soldering and solder feeding altogether.

With conversion switch of power, easy and comfortable use.

The soldering wire can be replaced with a rapid speed. Soldering wire of Diameter 0.8mm to 2.5mm are
all suitable.

Solder feeder can precisely adjust the solder to the soldering tip for the space 6mm at maximum.

Easy replacement of heat element without any need of skills.

Compact design of iron body, comfortable use.

Special plated tip with long life use.

The iron improves the working condition, reduces the working strength thus improves the working
efficiency.

The iron is available for continuous job on production line.

Method
Operation
You can easily assemble and remove the coil shelf of screw if moving the button at the front of soldering
iron.
You can push the soldering wire from bottom to the soldering tip if pressing the button at the back of
soldering iron.
You can buckle the trigger to well control the conveying capacity of soldering wire.
There is a conversion switch of power at the handle of iron. HI is high range. Lo is low range.

Notice
1. Please check if the voltage is matching before getting through the electricity.
2. Please keep soldering iron in a dry condition. Do not work under over-wet or rainy environment.
3. The soldering iron can not be knocked, dismantled or assembled with electronic components after getting
through the electricity.
4. If the soldering tip can not be soldered, please tin the tip with solder paste. Then it can keep on working.
5. Never dip the tip in muriatic acid. Failure to do this will result in erosion and affect usage.
6. It is normal that the soldering iron will slightly smoke for the first time use. It is caused by heat up of
electronic component. The smoke will disappear after 10minutes' working.
