The headset doesn't work
Make sure that the base station has
been plugged into a functioning au-
dio source.
It is possible that the mains socket
that the sound system is plugged
into has a switch which turns off
the power. If you still can't hear any
audio then the product might be
defective. You can take the product
back to the place where you bought
it and get a replacement within the
two year warranty period.
The speakers "crackle"
Please check the base station and
headset cabling. Make sure that
the cables are securely plugged
in and that they are not kinked or
broken or that the insulation is not
damaged.
I can hear a loud crackling or
bang when turning the headset
on/off
A speaker is unable to differentiate
between interference and wanted
signals. For that reason the speaker
transmits possible switch impulses
from the console/PC/sound sy-
stem. These impulses will not da-
mage the speakers; however, you
should adjust the volume yourself
in the game.
