ADVERTENCIAS
The seat must be secured in place with an ISOFIX seatbelt and Top Tether, even when not in use.
If the seat is loose, it may injure other passengers in the vehicle in the case of sharp braking.
The position of the adult seatbelt buckle in relation to the load-bearing anchor points on the
child seat should be sound. If in doubt, contact the manufacturer.
Prior to using it, make sure the child seat is in optimum conditions to be used.
When it is hot, the plastic and metal parts will heat up. Cover the seat when parking in direct
sunlight.
Use the seat even for short journeys, as these are when most accidents occur.
Take regular breaks on long journeys.
Tell the child that the buckle is not a toy to be played with.
The rigid and plastic parts comprising the restraint system must be installed and affixed so that
under normal conditions of vehicle use they do not become trapped if the driver or passenger
seats are adjusted or in the vehicle door.
Ensure the straps are snugly fitted around the child. All the retaining straps should be adjusted
to the child's body and must not be twisted.
Make sure the lap strap is low to keep the pelvis firmly in place.
Do not try to modify or add parts to the child seat without approval from the certifying body.
Doing so may seriously affect how it works and its safety features when in use.
Protect the seat from direct sunlight. Heat may damage the sensitive skin of the
skin.
Do not leave the child unsupervised in their restraint device.
Do not use the child restraint system without its textile cover.
Only replace the seat cover with one recommended by the manufacturer as it is integral to the
efficiency of the restraint system.
Do not use any contact point that is not described in the instructions and identified on the child
restraint system. Installing the Isofix restraint system and upper anchor or three-point belt
correctly is vitally important for the safety of the children in the seat.
