Bei Netzteilen mit LED:
Die LED auf der Oberseite des Netzteils leuchtet bei Betrieb. Falls die LED nicht leuchtet,
ist das Netzteil defekt. Benutzen Sie das Netzteil in diesem Fall nicht.
Reinigung
– Trennen Sie das Netzteil vor der Reinigung von der Steckdose und vom Verbrauchergerät.
– Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel (z. B. Scheuermittel oder Lösungsmittel).
– Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse des Netzteils mit einem trockenem, weichem Tuch.
Safety instructions for power supplies / ballasts / connecting cables
· Only use the power supply / ballast indoors. Never use the power supply / ballast in wet rooms or in the rain.
· Keep the power supply / ballast, individual parts and the packaging away from children.
· Always connect the power supply / ballast to a socket matching the voltage specifications in the nameplate.
· Always connect the power supply / ballast to an easy to access socket to be able
to disconnect the power supply / ballast from power if a malfunction occurs.
· Never expose the power supply / ballast to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong vibration,
mechanical pressure, moisture, flammable vapours or solvents.
· Never install the power supply / ballast on top of or in the cover frame.
· The power supply / ballast is only suitable for operating LED lamps.
· The power supply / ballast will become hot during use. Never cover the power supply /
ballast with objects and ensure adequate ventilation.
· When moving the power supply / ballast from a cold to a warm environment, condensation may
form which can damage electronics when operated immediately. Do not connect the power supply /
ballast until it has reached room temperature.
· Also observe the safety instructions and operating instructions for
the LED lamps being connected to the power supply / ballast.
· Never touch the power supply / ballast with moist or wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
· Never use the power supply / ballast in explosive areas.
· Always use the power supply / ballast on solid, heat conducting surfaces.
· Never alter or modify the power supply / ballast.
· Keep the power supply / ballast away from hot surfaces or open fire.
· Never disconnect the power supply / ballast from the socket by the power cord; always grab by the mains plug.
· Run the power cord so it does not become a tripping hazard.
· Never kink or run the power cord over sharp edges.
· Easy to replace connecting cables: If the external connecting cable / mains plug is damaged it must be replaced
with a speciality cable / special component available from the manufacturer / dealer or their customer service.
· Permanent connecting cables / cables with plug / plugs: if the connecting cable of the power
supply is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its customer service.
· Never immerse the power supply / ballast / cables with plug in water or liquids.
· Store or install the power supply, ballast / cables with plug to prevent any contact with water or liquids.
· Never reach for the power supply, ballast / cables with plug if they have fallen into water.
In this case always immediately unplug the mains plug.
· Do not use the power supply, ballast / cables with plug if they are visibly damaged, defective, or were stored in poor conditions.
· Do not open the housing of the power supply / ballast, always have it repaired by professionals.
· Maintenance, repairs and modifications must always be carried out by a professional or a specialist shop.
