3 PRELIMINARY CHECKS
3.1 CHECKING THAT THE TOOL IS WORKING
PROPERLY
The operator's fingers must not be close to
the disc when the machine is connected to the
power source.
When the disc is not in contact with the surface
release the trigger to stop the disc.
Keep in mind the disc does not stops
immediately.
Avoid the contact with long hair/loosen clothes
to avoid dangerous injures/suffocation.
3.2 CHECKING THE TOOL
3.2.1 Disconnect the air tube (1).
3.2.2 Screw the supplied plug-in nipple into
the air connection after you have wound 2 or
3 layers of sealing tape around the thread.
3.2.3 Disconnect the air supply from
3.2.4 Ensure that the disc protection is correctly

DANGER:
3.2.5 Ensure that the disc is correctly installed
onto the machine plate (3).
WARNINGS:
CHECK AND REPLACE DAMAGED
OR WORN PARTS OF THE TOOL. THE SAFETY
WARNING LABELS MUST BE REPLACED IF
UNREADABLE.
3.2.6 Connect the air supply to the tool (4).
3.2.7 Squeeze the trigger for a few seconds
and check the disc rotates without anomalous
vibrations.Do not use the tool if this occurs (5).
