UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure that all components
are included. Refer to the drawings on this manual. If any
parts are missing or broken, please call Total Tools assistance
center.
INITIAL OPERATION
Accumulator charging [F1]
The screw driver is delivered from plant with the discharged
accumulator.
Before use it needs to be loaded within 3 hours!
The accumulator will reach the maximum capacity through
2-3 cycles of charging discharge.
Connect a charger fork to the network socket a voltage of 220
V before inserting the accumulator (6), the green power
indicator (10) will light up.
Insert the accumulator (6) into the charger (8), observing
polarity (+/-)!
The red charge indicator will light up (11). While the
accumulator is charged, burns the red charge indicator (11)
blinks, green constantly burns.
After end of charging the red charge indicator (11) will be
switched off, the green power indicator (10) will burn. The
accumulator (6) is completely charged.

NOTE: The estimated time of charging makes 2 – 3 hours.
After this time the accumulator is charged completely.
Heating of the accumulator and charger to constant
temperature isn't a breakage sign. Replace the accumulator
in case of considerable reduction of time of his work.
Installation: [F2]
Combine the accumulator (6) with grooves in the screw gun
handle. Move the accumulator (6) until it completely enters
the screw gun handle. Be convinced that the accumulator (6)
was latched on the place.
Extraction: [F3]
Press the unlocking button and take the accumulator (6)
from the screw gun handle.

INSTALLING/REPLACING ACCESSORIES
Keyless chuck: [F4]
The tool is equipped with a keyless chuck (1). Thus, you can
manually change the accessories quickly and without using a
key.
Unscrew the front part of the keyless chuck (1) then arrange
the
jaws
in
the
installation/replacement of the bit. Install/replace the bit.
Screw the front part of the keyless chuck (1) and tighten the
jaws, to block the accessory in the correct position.
When using screwdriver bits, a bit holder should always be
used. Use only screwdriver bits that fit the screw head.
TORQUE ADJUSTMENT
The screwdriver has step torque control (5), in order to avoid
to damage screw-heads or drills. When you wish to drive
screws with the predetermined torque, adjust the fastening
torque. By turning the torque control (5) on your screwdriver,
you can set the necessary step from 1 (easily-to-turn screws)
to 241 (hard-to turn screw or drilling).
Always select the appropriate torque setting for the work
inhand at the time.
If the torque adjustment setting is not suitable for the screw,
continue adjusting until the proper torque is obtained. [F5]
