Switch off the tile cutting machine after
completion of cutting.
7.6 Making 45° diagonal cuts (Fig. 9/12)
Set the angle stop (12) to 45°.
Cut as described in 7.5.
7.7 Making 45° longitudinal cuts ("jolly cuts")
(Fig. 13/14)
Loosen the star grip screws (9/10).
Tilt the guide rail (6) to the left to 45° on the
angle scale (24).
Retighten the star grip screw (9).
Cut as described in 7.5.
7.8 Changing the diamond cutting wheel (Fig.
15/16)
Pull out the power plug.
Unscrew the three screws (g) and remove the
safety hood (7) for the blade.
Place the wrench (25) on the motor shaft and
hold.
Using the wrench (26), loosen the flange nut in
the direction of rotation of the cutting wheel (1).
(Caution: Left-hand screw-thread.)
Remove the outer flange (27) and cutting wheel
(1).
Clean the mounting flange thoroughly before
fitting the new cutting wheel.
Install the new cutting-off wheel in reverse order
and tighten.
Please note: Pay attention to the direction of
rotation of the cutting wheel!
Mount the safety hood (7) for the blade again.
8. Maintenance
Remove dust and dirt from the machine at
regular intervals. Cleaning is best carried out
with a rag or brush.
Lubricate all moving parts at regular intervals.
Never use caustic agents to clean plastic parts.
Clean off any soiling on the trough (2) and
cooling agent pump (16) at regular intervals,
otherwise the diamond cutting wheel (2) may not
be cooled as required.
