Installation instructions for inversion
1st step
Disassemble actuator A , turn complete unit by180°.
Gravity brake !

Unscrew union nuts D and E .
Turn pump including flow and return ball valves by180°.
Fasten union nuts D and E .

Install actuator A
Gravity brake:
In order to facilitate filling or draining of the installation, the
gravity brake may be opened manually. Turn the thermo-handle
in the flow by 45°.
Insulation shell:
For fitting the front shell, all thermo-handles have to be in
open position.
Bypass of mixing valve DN25:
The mixing valve is provided with a bypass, which is closed
ex works. When the bypass is closed, the mixing valve has a
kvs-value of 10. By opening the bypass the passage may be
increased by 13%.

Disassemble cap B as well as the connecting tube C.

Reassemble cap B as well as the connecting tube C.

Additional pump shut-off (accessory):
In order to provide an easy pump replacement, the pipework
assemblies of the heating circuits may be fitted with an addi-
tional shut-off device.

The mixing valve may be shut off tight for pump replacement.
