You have just purchased an HTC HSS-10 Heavy Duty Roller Support. This product was specifically designed for
use as a work support allowing safer, more convenient material handling while operating jointers, planers, bandsaws
and other machines.

Safety Rules

Using power tools of any kind can be dangerous if safe operating
procedures are not followed. Recognizing the hazards of each tool
and using them with respect and caution will considerably limit
the possibility of personal injury. However, if safety precautions are
ignored, personal injury will likely result. Always use common sense
– your personal safety-is your responsibility.

Assembly Instructions
Tools needed: (2) 7/16'' wrenches and a putty knife.
1. Unpack and make certain all parts and hardware are included and are
not damaged from shipment.
2. Attach each foot to the Main Tube, using
(2) 1/4"- 20 x 3/4" bolts, installed through the face of the part, then through the holes in the Main Tube. Secure with
(2) 1/4" Lock Washers and (2) 1/4" Hex Nuts from the inside of the tube. Be sure the threaded boss for the Leveling
Glide will face down when the unit is fully assembled, and the short leg of the foot is positioned as shown. Repeat the
procedure on the remaining 3 feet.
3. Once all 4 feet are attched to the Main Tube, join them together by inserting a 1/4"- 20
x 3/4" Hex Bolt through the hole in the short leg of the foot, through adjoining foot, and
secure with 1/4" Lock Washer and Hex Nut.
4. Install the Leveling Glides and adjust as needed.
5. Install the Crank Handle into the Main Tube.
6. Inset the Wedge into the Main Tube.
7. Attach the Roller Bracket onto the Wedge and secure with (2) 5/16"- 18 x 1" Allen Bolts
through the Roller Bracket, through the Wedge, and secure with Flat Washer, Lock
Washer and 5/16"- 18 Hex Nuts on the bottom of the Wedge "T".
8. Using a putty knife like a shoe horn, insert the fixed end of the roller into the bracket
and "snap" spring loaded end into place.
