• Place the chocolate maker on a hard, flat, heat-resistant surface, away
from any edges. Plug into a 120 v, AC outlet ONLY.
• The indicator light is switched on when the appliance is set to
113 °F / 45°C .
• Put chocolate into the stainless bowl. We recommend using covering
chocolate around ¼" – ½" / 1cm in diameter. See Page 7.
• Leave the lid on La Chocolatière to facilitate melting and reduce the
time required.
• Do not fill more than 50% of the stainless bowl, as more chocolate
will need to be added later.
After use
• Unplug the electrical cord.
• Thoroughly clean and dry all the parts of the machine.
• Put the appliance away.
