Intended Use
Metal table stand with integrated electrical switchbox, designed to hold the
Triton RTA300 Precision Router Table insert.
Before Use
Assembly
1. Fit 2 Leg Clamps (8) to each Side Frame (3) using the Coach Bolts (10), Leg
Clamp Springs (9) and Round Knobs (7 & A)
2. Ensure the Leg Clamps fit into the slots on the Side Frame end brackets
before screwing on the Round Knobs, just a few turns only (B)
3. Attach the Side Frames to the Front End Panels (1) and Rear End Panels (2)
using the Phillips Head Screws (12) and Flange Nuts (11), as shown
4. Do not tighten yet. Once all fasteners are in position, place the unit on a flat
work surface and tighten firmly with a screwdriver
5. Turn the unit upside down. Remove the Front Legs (4) from their storage
position inside the Rear Legs (5)
6. Insert the Rear Legs (with rubber feet) fully into their sockets at the rear of
the unit. Insert the Front Legs fully into the front sockets (C). The location of
the holes in each leg is not important at this stage. Lock them by tightening
the Round Knobs
7. Turn the router table stand right way up and test that all feet are level. If it
is on an uneven surface, make any necessary adjustments by extending
one of the legs slightly from its socket to ensure the unit is stable
Hanging Hooks
• Four Hanging Hooks (6) are supplied with the Triton Router Stand RSA300;
these snap onto the lower crossbars of the stand
• The two wide hooks can be used for storage of the router table fence - it
hangs via the scale pointer holes. These hooks should be fitted to the right-
hand side of the stand (viewed from the switchbox end)
• The two narrow hooks are for storage of the pressure finger assembly,
which hangs via the finger slots. These hooks should be fitted on the left
side
• The RSA300 also has a hole in the rear panel for storage of the protractor.
For a tight fit, bend the tab in the top of the hole downward slightly
