Pour the solvent into the filling opening (10). Sol-
vent solution for heavily limed devices 1: 20-30
(1 liter solvent or 1kg solvent powder in 10-20 liters
of water). Close the filling opening.
Set the lever of the mutlifunctional valve (7) to the
0 position. Insert mains plug (6). The circulation
pump moves the solvent inside the BWT L 3000.
Set the lever of the multifunctional valve so that the
circulation flows through the supply line in the
direction of the arrow.
The deliming process can be identified by the
formation of bubbles in the return hose.
If there is too much bubbling, the deliming
device must be deactivated briefly, the flow rate
reduced or the solvent solution diluted further!
If bubble formation ceases, either the deliming
process is complete or the solvent is spent (check
with the provided test box).
When the deliming process if over, immediately set
the multifunctional valve to 0 and remove the mains
plug.
After switching off the pump, the spent acid flows
back into the container (the container must be
below the device; if necessary, bleed the return
line by carefully opening it).
If the amount of liquid (water and solvent) used
is greater than the capacity of the deliming
device's container, set the multifunctional valve
to 0 and close the stop valve in the supply line
when the maximum fill level is reached.
Neutralising
Before channeling used solvent down the
drain, test it with universal indicator paper and
neutralise it by adding Neutra until the pH value
is between 6.5 and 10.0!
Set the multifunctional valve to 0 and insert the
mains plug.
Slowly and carefully add Netura or Neutra P, test
with indicator paper, and run until the pH value is
between 6.5 and 10.0.
Set the multifunctional valve to 0 and remove the
mains plug.
