3.3.5 Replace worn brush
rollers
Only the rear brush roller is in
contact with the floor and is thus
subject to wear.
During replacement, the rear
roller can be replaced by the
front roller.
•
Place the sweeping machine
upside down on a suitable
surface.
3.3.6 Replace worn side
brushes
CAUTION!
The central shaft screw fitting
must not be loosened. Replace-
ment of the side brushes is car-
ried out without the use of tools.
3.3.7 Replace drive belts

Unscrew and remove both
height
adjustment
and the roller drivers.
•
Lift out the brush roller with
its bearings.
•
Pull off the bearings to the
side and push onto the shaft
of the new roller.
CAUTION!
Do not confuse left-hand
and right-hand sides!
•
Install the new brush roller in
the reverse order to the re-
moval procedure and adjust
the working height.

Push the snap retainer in
the centre of the side brush
inwards with two fingers.
•
Pull off the brush.
•
Press a new brush into the
retainer.
